What They’re Looking For A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) Previous experience in a senior or leadership role within a nursery or childcare setting A passion for child development and inclusive early education Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills A nurturing, positive approach and a can-do attitude Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Key Responsibilities Lead a team of early years practitioners within your room, supporting their development and wellbeing Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS Build strong, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming space for children to explore and learn Monitor children’s development and contribute to planning and assessments Champion the nursery’s values and contribute to its outstanding reputation Reference: WILL129479/DB INDCHI
