The Role
As a key member of our client’s Business Development team, the primary responsibility will be to support and drive our growth initiatives from Strategy, Design and Build services across a portfolio of commercial premises.
Main Purpose
The main objective of this role is to seek, identify, qualify, and secure lucrative opportunities particularly in strategy, design and build contracts. In doing so, you will contribute significantly to revenue growth by expanding our client’s base, diversifying into new market sectors, and enhancing the overall value proposition offered by the business.
Responsibilities & accountabilities
* Identifying New Business Opportunities : Conduct comprehensive research on Prospects to gain sufficient knowledge to approach them successfully.
* Lead Generation : Support the Business Development Team with data collation for networking and lead generation opportunities (information on business sectors, markets, companies), attending industry events, and utilising digital marketing strategies.
