You’ll lead on architecture, guide technical decisions, and work closely with product and leadership to deliver robust, high-performance systems. While we use Rust at the core, we welcome engineers from any modern background who can demonstrate strong system design skills and a track record of delivering complex software.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning architectural decisions and driving technical strategy
* Delivering high-assurance, scalable systems for defence applications
* Mentoring engineers and uplifting overall engineering standards
* Working hands-on with a team of exceptional builders in a fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for:
* Deep engineering experience across distributed or performance-critical systems
* Strong design instincts and the ability to lead technical direction
* Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with significant on-site collaboration
* Ability to adapt quickly, solve hard problems, and operate with high autonomy
