Job Title: Housing Assistant
Type: Temporary (8 weeks)
Location: Swansea
Salary: £26,000 equivalent
Hours: Full time
BRC are working closely with a client who is looking to onboard a Temporary Housing Assistant to support with key project work.
This role involves providing administrative and project support, with a strong focus on data handling and compliance-related tasks.
Duties:
Support project-based work within the housing team
Manage and analyse data using advanced Excel functions
Assist with compliance-related tasks, including health and safety processes
Work across internal systems, quickly adapting to new platforms
Provide general administrative support as required
Requirements:
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Knowledge of health & safety legislation
Understanding of fire risk assessments and DSE assessments
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
