A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the North Nottingham area for a Sous Chef to work in their busy Hotel which has a busy brasserie stryle restaurant alongside afternoon teas and banqueting. You will work under the guidance of a talented and experienced Head Chef. The role can offer straight shifts with a 40 hour week and 3 nights off per week.
