Well-established GP Training Practice seeking a Salaried GP for 4-6 sessions in the Bodmin area. This is a highly organised practice with strong MDT support, advanced triage systems and a team structure designed to reduce GP workload and improve day-to-day sustainability.

Workload & Structure
4-6 sessions
15-minute appointments throughout
Routine clinics: 22 patients per day (11+11)
Duty clinics: 29 patients per day (16+13)
Team-based Duty system – no isolated solo Duty sessions
Coffee breaks built into both AM and PM sessions
Minimal home visits – largely managed by Paramedics with a dedicated Visiting GP rota
AI-supported triage and highly effective workflow systems
GPs see less than 10% of incoming admin due to specialist coding/admin support
