* Support the wider sports curriculum for full-time students across the provision.
* Monitor student progress, set achievable goals, and provide regular updates to families and staff.
* Travel between multiple venues in Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas to deliver engaging sessions.
* Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment with safeguarding at the forefront.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other staff to ensure holistic support for every child.
Person Specification:
* Experience delivering sports coaching, ideally with children with SEND, autism, ADHD, or trauma backgrounds.
* A recognised coaching or sports qualification is desirable but not essential.
* Ability to adapt coaching approaches to meet a wide range of needs.
* A full driving licence and willingness to travel.
* Strong interpersonal skills with patience, empathy, and resilience at the heart of all communication.
