We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/FOH to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, crafting delicious beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, assisting with restocking as necessary.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management practices are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, addressing any guest concerns or requests promptly.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Excellent hospitality skills, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
- Familiarity with bartending techniques and cocktail recipes is advantageous.
- A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to team dynamics.
