Based in Eastliegh, Hampshire, our Trust consists of eight schools across Hampshire, Dorset, and the Isle of Wight, providing education for approximately 8,500 students and employing just under 1000 staff. The Trust is led by CEO Amanda Parry OBE and focuses on "courageous, transformative education".

Candidate profile
We’re looking for someone who:
* A strategic and collaborative leader
* Experienced in leading People/HR functions in complex organisations

* Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people
