JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a Senior Administrator to join our thriving team at Anglian Home Improvements, a leading provider of home improvement solutions. As a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for key administration functions within the region, covering a wide range of administration duties.
We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised individual with the ability to delegate and manage the team with positivity.
Key Responsibilities:
* To work closely with the Customer Operations Manager, Senior Installation Manager and Regional Operations Manager to support the depot/region.
* Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team as required, including stock management.
* To be responsible for the administration of the recruitment process
* Keep accurate records, monitor and report on employee's absence and holidays.
* Process pay on a weekly basis for self-employed staff
* To take minutes at meetings and produce letters as required.
* Varied financial tasks
* Complaints management
* On an adhoc basis you may be required to fulfil certain duties on behalf of the Customer Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager as directed.
