What Youll Be Doing: Managing end-to-end recruitment for temporary and permanent roles within the transport industry (e.g. HGV drivers, transport planners, traffic office staff) Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates Proactively developing new business opportunities through outbound sales and networking Coordinating interviews, onboarding, and workforce planning Ensuring compliance with industry standards, including right-to-work and driver legislation Identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the transport and logistics sector Conducting outbound sales calls, client meetings, and networking to grow your client base What Were Looking For: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the transport or logistics sector Strong interpersonal and organisational skills A proactive mindset with the confidence to engage in business development and client acquisition Understanding of driver compliance and employment legislation is a plus Motivated by targets and results, with a commercial approach to recruitment What Youll Get: Competitive base salary of £30,000 £35,000 per annum DOE Bonus Uncapped commission structure rewarding both recruitment delivery and sales success The opportunity to work with established clients while growing your own portfolio Supportive team culture with clear paths for career advancement A dynamic role that blends recruitment expertise with client development If you're passionate about recruitment, confident in building business, and ready to grow within the transport sectorthis is your next move.
