Donor Care Advisor
Location: Bradford (Local candidates preferred)

We are now seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Donor Care Advisor to join our Bradford team. This role delivers exceptional supporter service via phone, email, and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound phone calls professionally
* Make outbound calls for donations and campaigns
* Respond to emails with clarity and compassion
* Manage donor pledges and reminders
* Support donors with online giving and Gift Aid queries
* Record interactions in CRM database
* Respond to social media comments/messages
* Support fundraising campaigns and admin tasks
* Assist with donation processing, thank-you letters, receipts
* Prepare donor reports and maintain confidentiality
Essential Requirements
* Customer service or contact centre experience
* Confident communicator by phone, email, and writing
* Ability to manage multiple tasks
* Attention to detail and strong data entry skills
* Microsoft Office & CRM database proficiency
* Based in Bradford or nearby; UK working rights
Desirable:
* Charity/non-profit experience
* Understanding of donor stewardship/fundraising
* Experience with social media for professional use
* Multilingual skills a plus
