We have been engaged exclusively to source an Investment Director for our clients in-house Living Team. This position will work alongside the Fund Manager focussing on the UK social and affordable housing market.
Investment Director responsibilities include:
* Source transactions within the UK social and affordable housing market, leading the analysis and due diligence process and assist with the underwriting.
* Lead the negotiations of the purchase and manage all other aspects for the transactions process through to execution.
* Negotiate pricing on the back of asset modelling. Develop and maintain appropriate pricing databases to ensure appropriate pricing for assets.
* Prepare and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
* Execute and manage disposal strategies.
Investment Director requirements include:
* Demonstrable experience of sourcing and underwriting UK social and affordable housing real estate transactions.
* Strong analytical real estate background with advanced Excel financial modelling skills.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The salary is competitive and will be based on the individual plus benefits package and bonus potential.
Based at their Central London office (4 days in the office, 1 day WFH).
