Key Responsibilities: Support teaching staff in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils. Support pupils with additional or special educational needs (SEND). Requirements: Experience working with or supporting children in any capacity. A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting pupils. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain).
