We are currently looking for a Parts Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Dealer and Key Account Parts Support team
* Manage and process back orders
* Monitor and follow up on outstanding back orders
* Provide advice on parts availability and pricing
* Respond to dealer inquiries via ASiST
* Handle inbound and outbound calls
* Generate and complete back order reports
* Investigate and address claims and return requests
* Submit pricing inquiries
* Place orders accurately and efficiently
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
* Familiarity with the agricultural industry is advantageous
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
* Familiarity with relevant software applications
* Collaborative team player
* Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to dealer satisfaction
* Ability to handle stress and work under pressure
* Strong punctuality and time management
* Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
* Comfortable with public speaking and presenting
