Duties of a Customer Service / Client Support Advisor:
Providing exceptional customer support via live chat (no support tickets)
Responding to customer queries efficiently and professionally
Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
Working as part of a team to deliver a seamless customer experience
Supporting the wider team to ensure a resilient and responsive service
What we would like from you:
Previous experience within customer service or client support
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable managing multiple conversations at once (live chat environment)
A proactive and positive approach
Ability to work full-time in the office (this role is not hybrid)
Available to start immediately or at short notice
