This role supports young people with complex needs by building trusting relationships, helping them work toward their goals, and promoting independence through day-to-day guidance. You’ll maintain a safe, clean and welcoming living environment, manage routine housing and safety tasks, and ensure clear communication and accurate recording of information. Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll respond to safeguarding concerns, facilitate positive engagement, and contribute to a consistently high-quality service.
