You know your way around accounts, now it's time to own your own portfolio.
The client is on the lookout for an Accounts Senior to join their growing team. This is a varied role where your experience makes a real difference, with the chance to take ownership of your own client portfolio while supporting juniors along the way.
The role:
* Bookkeeping and VAT returns for a wide range of clients
* Preparing financial statements for companies, partnerships, and sole traders
* Corporation tax computations and self-assessment returns
* Managing your own portfolio of clients in time
* Assisting junior team members and pitching in across the practice when needed
What you'll need:
* 2+ years' experience in practice (essential)
* AAT qualified or QBE (working towards ACCA/ICAEW is a bonus)
* Accuracy, confidence, and a client-friendly approach
What's on offer:
* £28k–£35k salary, depending on experience
