We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our team and support the delivery of professional HR services across the organisation.
You will:
* Advise & support managers on HR policies and procedures.
* Support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration
* Assist with disciplinary, grievance, absence management and other HR processes
* Maintain HR records and systems.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
* Previous HR experience and knowledge of employment law
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Experience with HR systems
* CIPD L5 and/or equivalent HR experience.
