Your new roleAs Finance Director, you will lead the finance function and provide strategic financial guidance to support the organisation in meeting its commitments. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will prepare detailed quarterly forecasts, deliver financial and scenario analysis to inform key decisions, and provide insightful variance analysis on monthly and quarterly results.You will embed strong financial understanding across the wider business while motivating and developing the finance team, managing KPIs, and overseeing performance.
