Pattern: Sunday - Thursday Hours: 40 hours per week / 8am 5pm (some flexibility may be required) Reports to: Production Supervisor/Production Manager Location: Dungannon The Role To carry out all reasonable duties relating to the picking and despatch of frozen goods, while supporting intake and freezer holding operations. The role ensures products are handled safely, accurately, and in line with company standards, maintaining the integrity of the cold chain at all times. Key Responsibilities Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times, reporting any hazards, vehicle, or equipment faults promptly. Maintain a clean and tidy working environment. Monitor and record freezer and fridge temperatures to ensure product integrity and compliance. Ensure all stock is fully traceable and complete daily stock checks, investigating any discrepancies. Accurately scan stock and allocate to the correct lorry, providing daily stock information to Production. Load frozen pallets correctly, ensuring all products are securely wrapped and protected. Create load plans and liaise with the Despatch team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time. Shunt lorries as required to meet customer requirements. Provide daily frozen requirements to Production and manage appropriate frozen storage. Support training and development of team members to ensure operational cover.
