We are currently working with a Legal 500 ranked law firm with excellent reputation who are looking to grow their Corporate and Commercial team with the addition of a Senior Associate level Solicitor. My client is offering the opportunity to work alongside Partners who are personally identified in the directories and well regarded in the industry. This is a multi-service law firm that attracts impressive regional work, including international clients, and is particularly recognised for good quality corporate and commercial work. They are specifically looking to appoint a mid to senior level Corporate Solicitor. The incoming Associate will be required to assist Partners on a wide range of corporate matters. It is a broad role that involves both transactional and advisory work. The successful candidate will have significant experience of private limited company M&A transactions, acquisitions and disposals, demergers, group reorganisations and corporate advisory work. You will be exposed to work of the highest standard and will have the opportunity to get involved with a diverse range of complex matters from the outset.
