Reporting directly to the CEO, as Head of Growth Marketing you will set and deliver Beauty Bay’s digital growth marketing strategy. You will drive this through Customer Acquisition, Retention and Performance Optimization across all channels including, Paid Search, SEO, Affiliates & Paid Social.
You will be skilled at leveraging AI and automation to improve marketing performance, carefully balancing data, insights and budget, ensuring performance media investment delivers results.
As ‘Head Of’ for an agile, ambitious online retailer, you need to be hands-on, innovative and well versed in best practice as well as come with a track record of leading a team to execute high-impact campaigns which lead to conversion and ROI. Please note this role is based in our Manchester office and will have the option to work one day from home.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a customer acquisition & retention strategy which focuses on profitability & growth
* Own and execute full funnel paid media plan across all channels, Search & Shopping, SEO, Paid Social & Affiliates
* Develop BEAUTY BAY’s customer loyalty initiatives
* Plan and allocate performance marketing budgets for maximum impact in each market
* Supporting key strategic trading objectives and translate these into marketing results
* Lead, motive and develop a high performing, multi-skilled team of Performance Marketing specialist
* Collaborate with colleagues in Brand, Creative & Content to develop relevant 360 campaigns
* Managing external media agencies/partnerships where additional expertise Is required
About you
* You are someone who shares our company values, which include innovation, daring to take risks and believer in constant, incremental improvement and change.
* Significant digital marketing experience, in a consumer-led B2C environment
* A track record in multi-channel, digital marketing activation
* Experience leading & developing a team
* A minimum 5 years previous experience in a similar role
* Collaborative, able to work effectively with cross-functional peers at all levels
* Experience managing a significant marketing budget across PPC, Affiliates, SEO & Paid Social
* Knowledge of the latest digital marketing techniques and methods
* Solid financial and analytical skills
