Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing care plans tailored to each individuals needs. The Deputy Manager will facilitate the development of a person‑centered, empowering environment while fostering positive relationships with individuals, families, and external partners.
