Our client is one of the premier attractions in Poole, set in undoubtedly one of Britain's busiest holiday destinations in the South of the UK.
What does the role involve?
You will need to lead and inspire the Food & Beverage team across all the F&B outlets on the park with the aim to maximise and grow F&B sales, profit, service & quality, guest satisfaction and team retention.
Leading a team of managers and their teams you will deliver a common purpose of creating F&B memories that last a lifetime for our client's guests and owners alike.
What qualities will you need to be successful?
As the Head of Food & Beverage you will have a proven background of driving success at multi-unit, Area Management level ideally in hospitality, whether that be Pubs, QSR, Grab&Go, Motorway service stations with Restaurants or casual dining.
We are looking for progressive achievers, who are passionate, driven and enthusiastic about delivering the highest standards of food and service through their teams, and who understand the latest industry trends and can entertain and engage.
You will possess excellent communication and commercial skills, displaying a proven track record in implementing growth plans and delivering sales and profit within a highly competitive customer focused, cost driven environment.
