Your new role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, as Corporateernance Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for the provision of efficient Boardernance in a timely and professional manner and play a crucial role in supporting the Chair, Board Secretary and Executive Leadership Team by ensuring efficient coordination, administrative support, andmunications management. As Corporateernance Executive Assistant, you will provideprehensivepany secretarial support, including scheduling, minute-taking, and managing Board andmittee meetings. You will act as the primary liaison for Board members, ensuring seamlessmunication and coordination. Maintain and updateernance documentation, including the Risk Register and Board Management Software. Support the Chair, Chief Executive, and Board Secretary withernance best practices and legalpliance. Manageplex diaries, travel arrangements, and confidential documentation for Executive Leadership Team members. Organise meetings, events, and catering logistics, ensuring a high standard of service. You will assist with policy development, stakeholdermunications, and insurance-related queries.
What you'll need to succeed
As a Corporateernance Executive Assistant, essentially, you will be educated to degree level standard or equivalent in a relevant discipline and have at least two years’ corporateernance, legalpliance or board administration experience. You will have experience of using IT and core management information systems to extrapolate and present data and provide analysis. Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email/calendar). Have strong attention to detail, organisational and interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to work well within a team with strong written and verbalmunication skills. A high level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information. The ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Desirable Criteria:
Be willing or have obtained a relevant Corporateernance qualification, such as International Certified Corporateernance Officer.
