Mileage: Paid at 30p per mile

Montana Home Care is a leading provider of personalised, high-quality care at home throughout Scotland. We support individuals to maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing in the comfort of their own homes.

We are currently seeking Female Support Workers who live in the Falkirk area and have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as the role involves travelling between service users' homes.

Due to the nature of the role, we require a female candidate under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

📍 Areas We Cover

You must live in or be able to travel within the following areas:

1. Falkirk

2. Braes

3. Denny

4. Grangemouth

5. Bo’ness

đź“… Shift Options

We offer a variety of working patterns to suit your availability and lifestyle:

Pattern 1: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off

6. Full-Time: 7:00am–1:30pm & 3:30pm–9:30pm or 7:00am - 2:00pm & 2:00 - 9:00

7. Part-Time: Morning or Evening shifts only

Pattern 2: 2-Week Rolling Rota

8. Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday

9. Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

10. Includes alternate weekends off

11. Full-Time or Part-Time options available

Bank/Relief Work:
Flexible shifts available. Submit your availability monthly for ad-hoc hours

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to people in their own homes. You’ll support individuals with a variety of daily living tasks, including:

âś” Personal care and hygiene

âś” Meal preparation and serving

âś” Medication prompts and administration

âś” Catheter care

âś” Companionship and emotional support

What we're looking for

14. Excellent communicators in spoken and written English

15. Committed to delivering high standards of care

16. Able to work on a rota basis, including alternate weekends

17. Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car

This role is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. A PVG check will be required for successful applicants
