£13.55 per hour | Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
Ideal Recruit is currently looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s team based in Rugby (CV21 area).
️ Responsibilities include:
* General warehouse duties
* Order picking (including voice picking)
* Packing on production lines
* Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
✅ Requirements:
* Full-time availability (no part-time options)
* Attention to detail and a responsible attitude
* Willingness to learn and grow within the company
* Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential
