Customer Services Advisor (£29,631 full-time salary, 37 hours per week, fixed-term 12 months) Job Role We need people who enjoy communicating with others whether via the phone, email, web or social media. You will need to be confident using the latest technology and will also like to problem solve and be happy to ‘go the extra mile’ for our customers. You will have a positive attitude, excellent communication and customer service skills, and be committed to always doing the best for the customer.
