Careers Workshop Facilitator - South West Wales
Give every young person a chance to flourish by providing information and inspiration about the possibilities of their careers. We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers across Wales who are happy to share their career experiences with young people.

* Build confidence and develop key transferable skills.

What are we looking for?
* Previous experience with young people.
* Experience with public speaking / delivering sessions.
* We welcome volunteers from all industries and backgrounds e.g. hospitality, health and social care, construction, IT, legal profession, etc.
Opportunities are available in the following counties
* Swansea
* Neath Port Talbot
* Pembrokeshire
* Carmarthenshire
What will you be doing?
* Industry Insight Sessions – Share your career experience and journey with young people in schools to inspire their career aspirations as well as shine a light on the world of work and employment opportunities. (approx. 1 hour)
* Employability Skills Workshops – Deliver key employability skills workshops, using preprepared resources as well as your own insight and experience to develop students’ transferable skills. (approx. 1 hour)
* Digital Content – Record a video or workplace tour to share with young people on our social media.
* Volunteer independently or as part of a team with colleagues.
