About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and pupils to support learning, maintain a positive classroom atmosphere, and help every child reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support teachers with lesson preparation and classroom tasks
* Help pupils stay focused, engaged, and motivated during lessons
* Deliver one-to-one or small group support as needed

* Monitor student progress and wellbeing
* Maintain strong safeguarding practices and ensure pupil safety
Requirements
What You'll Need:
* Experience working with children or young people (in a classroom, care, youth work, tutoring, sports coaching, etc.)
* A positive, patient, and proactive approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for us to process one)
* Legal right to work in the UK and currently living in the UK
