Key Responsibilities:
Manage diaries and coordinate international travel for senior executives
Organise meetings and events, ensuring seamless logistics
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients
Process invoices and monthly expenses, working closely with finance teams
Provide general administrative and office support
About You:
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable
Previous experience as a Team Assistant or Secretary is a plus, but not essential
Open to recent graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to gain experience in a global financial environment.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and eager to learn
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a small team
