Job Description
3. Maintain and update employee records within the HR system.
4. Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and induction schedules.
5. Respond to payroll and HR-related queries in a timely manner.
6. Support the preparation of reports and documentation for audits.
7. Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data at all times.
8. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
9. Contribute to process improvements within payroll and HR administration.
The Successful Applicant
10. Previous experience in a HR generalist role within education
11. Proficiency in using HR and payroll systems.
12. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
13. The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
14. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and external stakeholders.
