Mid Ross Social Work Team currently has a vacancy for a 37-hour Social Work Assistant Practitioner. This is a fixed-term position for one year and offers a valuable secondment opportunity.
The role involves providing a social work service across Mid Ross. The team is busy but supportive, seeking an individual who can work autonomously and collaboratively.
Responsibilities include statutory work appropriate to the grade, person-centred and outcome-focused assessments, reviews, managing a variety of situations, and working effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner with experience working with diverse needs, who adopts a person-centred and outcome-focused approach.
