We're looking for Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Eastern and Midlands procurement team.. Location: Waterbeach. This role can also be based in Nottingham, Witham or Solihull - hybrid working is available, with travel to your allocated office required
Contract: Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired,
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include:
* Be the main point of contact for the Eastern & Midlands Supply Chain
* Liaise with Key Supplier Managers, tracking and collating feedback from interactions with external stakeholders
* Produce and present documents and reports to a variety of audiences, including internal stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
* Prepare and manage data reports using Excel and Power BI
* Maintain the supplier information stored on company software to ensure it is complete, accurate and up to date
* Manage all standard external communications with suppliers

This role of Supply Chain Coordinator is great for you if:
* You are highly numerate with strong analytical skills
* You are proficient in using Microsoft software and have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or a willingness to learn
* You have a collaborative attitude with an interest in adapting and developing the role
* You have a basic understanding of the Construction Industry
* You are an excellent communicator
