About the role Primary Teaching Assistant – Full-Time Mainstream Primary School Location: Hounslow Working Hours: 08:30am – 3:30pm (Monday to Friday) You will work closely with the class teacher to support the delivery of engaging and well-planned lessons across the primary curriculum. Your role will involve supporting whole-class learning, working with small groups to reinforce key concepts in English and Maths, and providing additional support to pupils who may require extra guidance. You will help to create a positive, well-managed, and inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel safe, supported, and motivated to learn. The role may also involve supporting pupils with mild additional needs, promoting independence, and encouraging positive behaviour strategies in line with school policies.
