Full Time – 36 hours per week
Band 7 – Salary Range £52,845 – £61,466 per annum
Distant Island Allowance £2,578 per annum
Relocation Assistance up to £8,000 available
This is an exciting opportunity to provide an Occupational Therapy service in a unique location with unique challenges. The Intermediate Care Team provides rehabilitation and reablement to the population of the Shetland Islands aged 18 and over, with the majority of the caseload being older people with a variety of complex conditions.
Responsibilities:
* Work primarily within the community setting in clients' homes and Local Authority provided care homes.
Qualifications:
* HCPC registered.
* Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
* Have a minimum of 3 years clinical experience with a highly developed understanding of Occupational Therapy.
* Have managerial responsibility.
* Demonstrate experience of assessing and developing Occupational Therapy graded rehabilitation programmes for clients in a variety of settings.
