Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? Have you considered working in a hospital outpatient pharmacy? Rowlands Pharmacy are currently looking for an experienced NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services to work as a Pharmacy Assistant in the Hull hospital pharmacy. You will participate in all branch processes and establish relationships with customers, patients, healthcare professionals and Trust colleagues.
Responsibilities
* Dispensing medication on outpatient prescriptions
* Stock ordering and management
* Invoicing and financing deliveries
* All other duties associated with working in a busy outpatient pharmacy
Qualifications
* NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course
* Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification
* Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate
* Experience in a customer-focused environment
* Strong understanding of confidentiality and the ability to handle medications accurately
Essential Skills
* Able to demonstrate self-motivation with good interpersonal skills
* Understanding of confidentiality
* Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
* Ability to work as part of a team
Hours and Working Pattern
Total Hours Contracted: 26
Working Pattern: TBC over 4 days
