People Services Administrator (30 hrs over 3 to 4 days a week)

Join our HR Services Team as we continue to evolve and deliver an exceptional people experience across our organisation. As a People Services Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth, accurate and timely HR processes while contributing to key integration and improvement projects.
What you’ll do
* Deliver high‑volume HR administration, including system updates, letters and documentation
* Provide first‑line guidance on core people processes such as onboarding and right‑to‑work
* Act as a subject matter expert for key lifecycle processes (e.g., starters and movers)
* Maintain SLAs and support team KPIs through efficient, accurate processing
* Ensure data accuracy across multiple HR systems while upholding data protection standards
* Support projects and integration activity, responding quickly to changing priorities
What you’ll bring

* Good Excel and basic reporting capability
* Strong teamwork, drive and self‑motivation
* Proficiency in MS Office
* HR experience is desirable but not essential
