Support Worker – Accommodation-Based Health & Recovery Service Southampton Full time and part time hours available £14.75-£15.50 per hour – temporary and permanent job opportunities About the Role We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our accommodation-based service in Hampshire. This service supports individuals who are either transitioning from hospital into the community or at risk of hospital admission, offering a safe environment where their needs can be assessed and supported. The service plays a vital role in helping people with complex health and social needs stabilise, recover, and move towards independent living.
