Job Description Assistant Personal Tax Manager – Lincoln £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience Full-time, Permanent | Hybrid working available We're supporting the Lincoln office of a well-established accountancy firm to recruit an Assistant Personal Tax Manager. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into leadership while continuing hands-on client work. Your day-to-day will include: Managing a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients Leading project delivery and ensuring compliance deadlines are met Supporting, coaching, and reviewing junior team members Liaising with senior stakeholders and providing updates on project progress Taking part in business development and networking initiatives We’re looking for someone who is: ACA, ACCA, CTA or ATT qualified, with 2 years’ post-qualification experience Skilled in handling inheritance tax, CGT, trusts, and income tax matters Experienced in supervising or mentoring staff Well organised with strong client communication skills Eager to grow into a more senior management role What you’ll receive: £45,000 – £55,000 salary band Hybrid working and flexibility Clear career progression and mentoring support Opportunities for business development exposure Interested?
