We are partnering with a leading Global Technology company to hire a Commercial Paralegal on an initial 6–12 month contract.
Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
Provide general paralegal support to the wider legal team, including ad hoc tasks and project assistance.
12 months’ experience as an in-house Paralegal with strong experience reviewing/drafting commercial contracts
~ Experience in the technology or telecommunications sector is an advantage
~ Available to start in January
