Support the effective delivery of quality assurance and compliance processes within Techpoint Golledge. The role involves providing administrative support, maintaining audit readiness, assisting with internal audits, and supporting the customer communications in relation to quality issues. Responsibilities Take the lead in communicating with customers when quality issues arise, ensuring timely and professional updates. Provide administrative support for quality and compliance queries from customers. Assist with the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with relevant standards. Liaise proactively with engineers, internal sales, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues. Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional investigations into quality concerns, ensuring all relevant parties are involved. Support the implementation and monitor corrective and preventative actions, ensuring issues are addressed and recurrence is prevented. About you Experience in a Customer Service/ Sales / Quality Process administrative support role within a manufacturing, engineering, or electronics environment. Familiarity and knowledge with technical product specifications. Ideally from within the electrical products or components industry. Demonstrated ability to handle customer or supplier communications regarding quality or compliance issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised with s trong attention to detai ls. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
