Job Description
Our client, a highly regarded investment firm, is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a varied and hands-on position combining executive support with responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Supporting 6 investors and 1 partner, you will play a central role within the business, managing busy schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring the office environment operates seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
* Complex diary management for 6 investors and 1 partner
* Acting as front of house, greeting visitors and managing meeting rooms
* Coordinating internal and external events
* Supporting the day-to-day management of the office
* Arranging travel and meeting logistics
* Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Ensuring the office environment remains professional, organised and welcoming
Your Experience
* Previous experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or Team Assistant role
* Experience working within professional services environments (such as investment firms, private equity, asset management, consulting, legal or financial services)
* Strong organisational and diary management skills
* Confident acting as a first point of contact for clients and visitors
* Professional, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
