Responsibilities
1. Develop a strong understanding of the team’s specialist sector
2. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, underwriters, and business development teams
3. Provide proactive and professional service throughout the policy cycle
4. Handle enquiries, renewals, quotations, invoicing, and mid-term adjustments (MTAs)
5. Respond to client queries promptly and effectively
6. Maintain accurate documentation and organised file management
What We’re Looking For
7. Insurance experience, ideally within commercial package business
8. Confident written and verbal communication skills
9. Good IT skills; Acturis experience is a plus
10. Strong organisational ability and time management
11. Collaborative team player
12. Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in solving problems
