Our vibrant Creative Industries team is seeking a Business Administration Manager to lead and coordinate key administrative operations that enable the delivery of outstanding customer service.
You will provide leadership to a team of administrators, ensuring processes run smoothly, efficiently, and align with business objectives.
This dynamic role offers variety: scheduling meetings, planning events, liaising with students, parents, and staff, placing orders, updating timetables, and managing budgets. Responsibilities extend beyond these examples, making the role engaging and diverse.
Essential requirements include experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused administrative environment in a supervisory capacity. Familiarity with management information systems/databases, financial and facilities management principles (including data input and analysis), and proven knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and office management procedures, including Health & Safety, are essential.
