Location: Norwich
Duration: 12 months +
Rate: Negotiable on experience
Inside IR35
12-month contract (potential +24 months) for an experienced Site Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure works comply with NEC4 Scope via regular site presence and independent scrutiny
* Manage defects, material checks, testing witnessing (on/off-site)
* Maintain quality control per highways/H&S/environmental standards
* Administer CEMAR portal, produce weekly/monthly reports with photos
* Handle technical queries, recommend corrective actions, liaise with PM/TA lead
Essential Requirements:
* 5+ years highways construction supervision
* NEC3/4 experience (Supervising/PM support)

* CEMAR or similar electronic project admin
* CSCS card, valid UK driving licence
* Highways England schemes experience (ideal)
Desirable:
* Chartered/Incorporated ICE/CIHT
* Highways England passport
