Role Purpose: Nine Wealth Management is a Senior Partner Practice of St James’s Place Wealth Management based in light airy offices in Cardiff City Centre. We are seeking a graduate with an interest in client relationship management in financial services to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who can provide world class client service and support to the Practice with every aspect of the client journey, from onboarding to navigating significant life events. With excellent listening skills, empathy and a good eye for detail, you will help to bring our clients future plans to life and ensure that we are there for them on every step of their journey. This position has scope for the right individual to have autonomy and grow the role and progress as the Practice embarks on a period of expansion.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Providing outstanding service to all of Nine Wealth Management clients;
· Acting as a key point of contact and dealing confidently and effectively with clients, product providers and third parties with professional and effective communication skills;
· Building rapport and regular telephone communication with clients;
· Booking review meetings within relevant timescales;
· Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the Practice;
· Developing full competency in the Salesforce client relationship management system;
· Developing an understanding of financial products and planning;
· Providing administrative support to the Advisers, including pre-meeting preparation and post meeting follow up, including accurately updating client files, business submission and client requests;
· Preparing and checking outgoing internal and external correspondence and reports, including confidential and sensitive information ensuring attention to detail;
· Responsibility for onboarding new clients to the Practice;
· Marketing tasks relevant to client servicing and maintaining the Nine Wealth Management brand;
· Completing all In-House mandatory training
Person Specification:
Graduate preferably with a few years work experience and:
* Previous experience in an office support role, ideally in financial services or related sector;
* Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation and a keen interest in financial services (useful, not necessary)
* Experience in a client relationship management role;
Graduate (no relevant work experience) with a relevant financial degree and the right skills and behaviours could be considered
