Purpose of Role
* Lead the development and consistent implementation of the behaviour curriculum, promoting a positive and respectful school culture. Monitor learner behaviour and attendance, identifying trends and delivering targeted interventions to improve outcomes. Mentor learners to help them overcome barriers to success, fostering resilience and personal growth. Liaise effectively with families to build strong, supportive relationships that reinforce high expectations for behaviour and attendance. Establish and maintain productive partnerships with external agencies to provide additional support for learners and families.
* Collaborate with teaching staff, curriculum, academic and senior leaders to embed behaviour strategies that enhance engagement and achievement. Contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring the safety and success of all learners. To offer all pupils an effective education in a stimulating environment, that provides equality of opportunity for all. To ensure all pupils make good or better progress irrespective of their starting points and backgrounds.
