Responsibilities
Our 1,340 shops are central to our business, playing a key role in their local communities. As a retail colleague, you will ensure our shops provide a warm and welcoming environment for customers to place bets, watch live sports, and play gaming machines.
You will process customer bets, promote responsible gambling, assist with enquiries, maintain shop standards, and after training, deputise for the Shop Manager. A key part of your role is to ensure customers bet within their means and follow our ‘Think 21’ policy.
Skills & Experience
You must be 18 or over to work in our betting shops. While an interest in sports and betting is advantageous, no prior experience is necessary as we provide structured training and development opportunities to support your career growth.
